Availability - Shift/Days

Full time, Flexible Availability.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in retail sales preferred.
  • Capability to perform essential duties and work conditions described below.
  • Supervisory and training ability for equipment, tools, and materials as per CSR and ASM roles.
  • Ability to manage functions listed in CSR and ASM job descriptions.
  • Proficiency in computer use for report analysis, inventory, cash control, and notices.
  • Valid driver’s license and transportation for meetings.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Skills
Leadership and Management
  • Recruit, hire, and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage site cleanliness, stocking, organization, and appearance.
  • Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
  • Schedule staff to optimize customer service and site image.
  • Apply non-discriminatory management practices.
Site Relationships
  • Develop positive relationships with suppliers.
  • Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Promote a safe and positive community image.
Training and Development
  • Provide performance feedback through timely appraisals.
  • Ensure staff training on customer service, site image, and safety.
Communication
  • Ensure timely communication with staff.
  • Hold regular meetings with staff and Market Manager.
Organizing and Planning
  • Develop action plans to meet site objectives.
  • Maintain site files and manuals.
  • Supervise report completion and merchandise presentation.
  • Ensure employment posters are accessible.
Financial
  • Analyze sales and expenses to maximize profits.
  • Manage budgets, merchandise margins, and safeguard funds.
Working Conditions
  • Primarily indoor work, with outdoor tasks like cleaning.
  • Exposure to temperature extremes and noise.
  • Work independently as an effective leader.
