Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in retail sales preferred.
  • Ability to perform essential duties and work conditions as described.
  • Supervisory and training abilities for equipment, tools, and materials.
  • Computer skills for report analysis, inventory, cash control, etc.
  • Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Skills
Leadership and Management
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage site cleanliness, stock, and organization according to standards.
  • Maintain professional relationships with staff and supervisors.
  • Schedule staff to optimize customer service and site image.
  • Apply non-discriminatory management practices.
Site Relationships
  • Build positive relationships with suppliers.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.

Training and Development

  • Maintain site files and reports accurately.

Working Conditions
