What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Strengthen advisor conviction in risk products through training, case consultations, and competitive analysis
  • Identify support needs for executing sales opportunities by partnering with Internal Sales Consultants
  • Assist advisors in case design and positioning of product solutions
  • Enable advisors to drive overall risk sales and premium growth to achieve sales targets
  • Create and deliver training that enhances awareness and knowledge of risk products
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor\'s degree with a minimum of 7 years of progressive responsibility in the insurance and/or financial services industry
  • FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire
  • Deep subject matter expertise in Life and DI products or annuity and LTC products
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with financial advisors and field leadership
  • Superior public speaking skills with the ability to engage any audience
