What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Strengthen advisor conviction in risk products through training, case consultations, and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with internal sales consultants to identify support needed for executing sales opportunities
- Assist advisors in case design and product positioning to drive overall risk sales
- Create and deliver training that builds awareness and supports competitive positioning of risk products
- Partner with field leaders to influence key messaging that aligns with the risk sales strategy
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of progressive responsibility in the insurance and/or financial services industry
- FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 required or to be obtained within 6 months of hire
- Deep subject matter expertise in Life and Disability Insurance products or annuity and Long-Term Care products
- Proven ability to work effectively with financial advisors and field leadership
- Exceptional public speaking skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
