Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • Experience in external reporting, grant management, project finance, compliance, or a related field involving U.S. federal funding programs.
  • Familiarity with federal grant regulations, including Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate financial, regulatory, and project-related information.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, reporting requirements, and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of the master external reporting schedule for federal agencies, lenders, and JV partners.
  • Coordinate the collection and organization of information required for external reports and submissions.
  • Review reporting packages for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable requirements.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of progress reports, financial reports, drawdown requests, and supporting documentation.
  • Support the interpretation and consolidation of financial and project data for external reporting.
  • Assist with the drawdown process in accordance with grant agreements and loan covenant requirements.
  • Track lender and agency feedback and coordinate follow-up with appropriate internal teams.
  • Support communications with U.S. federal agencies, lenders, and JV partners regarding reporting and compliance matters.
  • Identify potential reporting gaps, compliance concerns, or other issues and elevate them to appropriate leadership.
  • Assist with preparation for audits, monitoring reviews, meetings, and site visits involving government agencies or lenders.
  • Monitor applicable regulatory and policy updates that may affect reporting and compliance requirements, including 2 CFR Part 200 and CHIPS Act implementation requirements.
