Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision is seeking a Senior Manager, External Manufacturing MSM Operations based in Irvine, CA, to lead productivity initiatives across the Surgical Vision external manufacturing network.

You will partner with Plan, Make, Source, IT, Quality, Regulatory and other functions to ensure supply continuity, cost efficiency, and strong risk mitigation across end-to-end supply chain.

Travel up to 25% may be required; strong leadership and program management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs in regulated industries.
• Strong PMO, governance and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead materials supply management and productivity initiatives across external manufacturing.
• Drive cost, service and inventory improvements and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Plan, Make, Source, Finance, Quality, Engineering and External Manufacturing.
• Develop project plans, dashboards and executive communications.
