Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is launching a Table Games Dealer School to train staff in dealing Blackjack and Carnival Games, while maintaining a safe, friendly guest experience. The program focuses on accuracy with chips, wagering, and table security in a fast-paced casino setting.

Successful candidates will learn to monitor bets, protect assets, and deliver excellent guest service in accordance with licensing rules and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as required by the State Gaming Agency.
• Ability to speak English clearly, listen, and follow directions.
• Ability to read, write and understand basic instructions in English. Ability to learn to use chips, cards, and a paddle.
• Must possess good hand/eye coordination.
• Ability to learn to add monies and chips, as well as knowledge of theft techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Complete, perform and understand basic mathematical functions.
• Ability to learn company policy and procedures, IRS Bank Secrecy Act and internal controls.
• Complete knowledge of all facilities available to guests on property.
• Always maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude with use of facial expressions and knowledge of all special events and promotional activities.
