Job summary

Live! Casino Hotel is seeking a capable Beverage Stocker/Support role to assist bartenders, stock bars, and maintain sanitation across beverage areas. You will ensure par levels, manage ice and keg handling, and uphold regulatory compliance in a fast-paced casino environment.

Responsibilities include guest service, risk management in liquor service, and heavy lifting. The role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays within a 24/7 casino setting.

Qualifications

• Must work in smoke-filled environments.
• Must be RAMP certified.
• Must obtain and maintain licensure as required by the State Gaming Agency.
• Must have knowledge of Responsible Gaming Program.
• Must work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assists bartenders in serving beverages to guests.
• Maintains service stations and bars to par; restocks.
• Puts beverage orders away in correct locations and restocks pump/soda rooms.
• Assists guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Stocks main coolers with beverage products.
• Shovels ice from ice machine into bins.
• Maintains deep cleaning of beverage areas and equipment.
• Complies with liquor regulations and age verifications.
• Physical: heavy lifting required.
• Complies with all gaming regulations and PLCB rules.
• Follows appearance standards and performs additional duties as assigned.

• Assists bartenders in the service of beverages to guests.
• Maintains service stations, cleanliness of bars and re-stocks to par.
• Puts beverage orders away in correct locations, re-stocking of pump room, soda room, and changing out kegs as needed.
• Assists guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Stocks main coolers with all beverage products.
• Shovels ice from ice machine into ice bins.
• Maintains deep cleaning of all beverage areas and equipment.
• Abides by all State, Federal, and Company liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests.

• Casino is over 100,000 square feet and requires ability and energy to move about it with a true sense of urgency.
• Ability to stand for long periods of times without sitting or leaning.
• Handling, carrying or lifting items weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels.
• Ability to use near vision, see details at close range.
• Use of going up and down 31 stairs multiple times per day and elevators.

Working Conditions:

• 24/7 high energy casino with over 100,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 500 employees.
• Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises.
• You may occasionally work in an environment where smoking is allowed.
