Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with relevant Polygraph
• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; 6 years with MS/MA; 3 years with PhD; additional four years of experience may substitute for degree
• Experience cleaning and visualizing medium to large datasets
• Experience with Neo4j graph database technologies and Cypher
• Experience developing in Python or Java
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure in a high-security environment
• Experience with Docker and software virtualization tools
• Desirable: Agile development frameworks
• Desirable: Experience visualizing data in Tableau

Responsibilities

We’re looking for aData Science Specialistto support advanced analytics and data modeling acrossmedium to large datasets. This role emphasizesdata cleaning and visualization,Neo4j graph database technologies, and the ability to develop solutions usingone or more programming languages (e.g., Python/Java). You’ll also work in ahigh-security, cloud-based environment (classified)and collaborate using modern development practices.

• Clean and preprocessmedium to large datasets to ensure accuracy, usability, and reliability.
• Visualize and analyzedata using appropriate tools and statistical/analytical methods.
• Develop and optimize Neo4j graph database solutions, including:
  • Writing efficientCypherqueries
  • Modeling relationships and graph structures to support analytics/use cases
• Develop software componentsin at least one programming language (e.g.,PythonorJava).
• Work withincloud infrastructurein ahigh-security environment (classified), following security and compliance requirements.
• Usesoftware virtualization toolssuch asDockerto support reproducible development and deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics outcomes and operational improvements.
• Maintain documentation for datasets, queries, visualizations, and developed solutions.

• Experience operating with modern software virtualization tools, like Docker,
• Desired: Agile development frameworks
• Desired: Experience visualizing data in Tableau

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
