OT on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Contract Contingent Basis Mid Atlantic | List Partner Company Labor Category - Graphics Artist III Mid Level Professional aligned under services related to NAICS: 0 - DPLH Est.: 480 Hrs. ST | 0 Hrs. OT on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Contract Contingent Basis located CONUS - Washington DC Across The Mid Atlantic Region supporting a branch of DOE that leverages science and technology to address energy, environmental, and nuclear challenges, advancing climate and energy policies through strategic studies and policy analysis supporting analytical capabilities.

Seeking External Evaluator candidates with relevant Energy, Science, and Technology Research Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Science, and Technology Research Sector Clients such as DOEOP. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Evaluation Support Functional Area - Energy Technical Consulting Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Energy Technical Consulting (External Evaluator) in the Energy, Science, and Technology Research Industry Sector focussing on Business Process Solutions for clients such as Department of Energy (DOE | OP) | DOE Office of Policy (OP) Generally Located In CONUS - Washington DC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

External Evaluator | Evaluation Support [DOEOP049054]

Provides independent evaluation to ensure unbiased assessments of program impacts. Align with Evaluation Support Functional Area initiatives as a External Evaluator that Provides independent evaluation services, offering unbiased analysis of program impacts and effectiveness. Provide Public Comment Review, Data Analysis, Modeling, Evaluation, Mapping, Forecasting And Report Development, Data Tracking Tools, Workforce Policy Analysis And Convening, as well as Energy Market Economic And Regulatory Analysis Technical Consulting Services and support for The Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Policy (OP). These services enable mission objectives involved with renewable energy, fossil fuels, nuclear energy, hydrogen, biofuels, carbon capture, energy storage, grid modernization, energy efficiency, and sustainable infrastructure technologies.

External Evaluator is responsible for key functions such as developing analyses, supporting initiatives, and ensuring alignment with project objectives. Assess the impact, feasibility, and outcomes of energy programs and policies using qualitative and quantitative methods.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For External Evaluator | Evaluation Support [DOEOP049054] Candidates:

Qualified candidates for External Evaluator must possess expertise in their respective field, with experience in energy, policy, and technical consulting.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

Candidates for Transport Modeler typically require a Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., energy, environmental science, policy, or engineering) and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.

  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
  • Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities to meet project milestones.
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Competencies Required

Competencies for Transport Modeler include problem-solving ability, adaptability, teamwork, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of energy sector operations.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  • Business Tools – understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, and proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
