  • Collaborate with marketing, customer experience, and technical teams to develop content that demonstrates expertise and impact.

Job Summary

The External Communications Lead is responsible for developing and executing strategic communications programs that strengthen the organization's reputation, elevate its brand, and support business objectives. This role serves as a trusted communications advisor to leaders and internal stakeholders, translating complex business priorities, projects, and initiatives into compelling external narratives that engage clients, industry audiences, media, and the broader public.


The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller with strong media relations experience, excellent writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. This individual will identify opportunities to showcase the organization's expertise, thought leadership, people, and impact across a variety of external channels.


Location: This role is open nationwide across the U.S. Candidates must live within 50 miles of one of our established office locations in the event hybrid work is necessary.


Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communications


  • Develop and execute external communications strategies aligned with organizational priorities, business goals, and brand positioning.
