Qualifications

• San Buenaventura network or the hustle to build one
• Prioritization instinct when everything is labeled urgent
• Mid-level fluency in Tax Preparation, with SQL on your roadmap
• Ask 'what would change your mind?' before debating

Responsibilities

• Sit beside the San Buenaventura controller on accruals, deferrals, and journal entries
• Draft tax memos clear enough that legal signs without rewrites
• Reconcile the credit-card feed against receipts nobody wants to chase
• Forecast headcount costs and partner with HR on compensation planning
• Read covenant terms closely enough to keep the lender calm
• Keep the internship commission calc transparent enough to survive a dispute
• Stand up the Negotiation close calendar and hold every owner to it
• Flag variance the moment it appears, not after the quarter closes
