Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations or related field.
• Experience in external affairs/public relations in petrochemical, manufacturing or related industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of incident command system or similar structure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor for priority sites and provide strategic counsel on external communications.
• Lead engagement and communications for complex, fast-moving issues with disciplined escalation and response coordination.
• Build relationships with local community leaders, government entities, NGOs and partners.
• Develop and deliver audience-focused content and messaging for internal and external channels.
