We are seeking a policy-focused professional to monitor legislation, translate complex policy into briefings, maintain compliance calendars, and collaborate with state healthcare associations.

Job description

• Monitor legislation, rulemaking, and licensure compacts across priority states.
• Translate complex policy into clear briefings and talking points.
• Maintain legislative calendars, deadlines, and compliance filings.

State Association Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Cultivate relationships with state healthcare associations and workforce organizations.
• Coordinate coalition participation and prepare VP for external meetings.

Operations:

• Build repeatable systems and templates using HubSpot and Quorum.
• Manage timelines, priorities, and special projects like RFPs.
