The Branch Manager I is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of branch operations and staff, driving performance through effective leadership, sales execution, and operational excellence. This role sets the strategic direction for the branch, builds an engaged and customer-focused culture, and ensures the delivery of exceptional service and advisory support to consumers and small business clients. The Branch Manager I is accountable for growing consumer deposits and revenue, coaching and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring consistent, high-quality customer experience aligned with organizational standards and objectives.
