Job summary

Williamsburg Landing is seeking a Window/Power Washing Technician to safely perform exterior cleaning and surface maintenance across the community. Responsibilities include power washing exteriors, decks, driveways, and performing interior/exterior window cleaning while protecting residents’ property.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of cleaning experience; candidates should be able to operate ladders and lifts, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of progressive power washing and window cleaning experience preferred.
• Residential and commercial property maintenance experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a maintenance schedule for exterior washing and interior/exterior window cleaning across properties.
• Power washes assigned areas using proper equipment and protective measures.
• Maintain clean work sites and protect surrounding areas and belongings.
• Coordinate with residents and staff to communicate status of cleaning projects.
