Job summary

AMRG, LLC is seeking experienced, licensed, and insured 1099 subcontractors to perform exterior home improvement work across Minnesota and Wisconsin. We specialize in windows, siding, roofing, and gutters, and we’re expanding our network of skilled trades to meet rising demand.

You will manage your crew, materials, and schedule, complete assigned scopes to AMRG quality standards, and communicate with project managers. Invoices are submitted under your business name upon project completion.

Qualifications

• Must operate as a registered business entity (LLC, S-Corp, Sole Prop with EIN, etc.).
• Provide a valid EIN and W-9 invoicing under business name.
• Hold a current contractor license for the trade(s) and state(s) you work in.
• General liability insurance — minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence.
• Workers' Compensation insurance, or a valid sole-owner WC exemption on file.
• Own or lease all tools, equipment, and vehicles necessary to perform your trade.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• 3+ years of experience in your trade.
• References from previous general contractors or customers.
• Crew of 2+ available for larger projects.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned scopes of work on residential exterior improvement projects across MN and WI.
• Manage your crew, materials, and schedule to complete jobs on time and to AMRG quality standards.
• Communicate proactively with AMRG project managers on job status, issues, and completions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite at all times.
• Submit invoices under your business name upon job completion.
