Job summary

Qualifications

• Exteriors Technician I, II and III: High school or equivalent.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work from a ladder/aerial equipment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be available for weekend/on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect roofing systems and building exteriors for damage and perform repairs.
• Clean window wells and rooftops of debris and complete work orders using an electronic timekeeping system.
