Qualifications

• 5+ years of Design Release experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with NX or Teamcenter/Unigraphics.
• Experience in vehicle development cycles from concept to production.
• Strong communication and program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design Release Engineer for BGFT exterior subsystems (bumper, grille, fascia, trim).
• Lead or participate in cross-functional Product Development Teams.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality designs meeting program milestones.
• Create and maintain interface/control documents and BOMs.
• Support design reviews, benchmarking, and continuous improvement.
