Walmart is seeking an Exterior Services Technician - DOT Operator in Bay Minette, AL to oversee landscape projects and maintain grounds year-round. You will work with a dedicated team to perform mowing, trimming, and pruning, ensuring the exterior environment remains pristine.

The role requires a valid driver's license, DOT medical certification, and English proficiency, with a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance across OSHA/EPA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• No DUI/DWI or reckless driving in the last 3 years.
• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Able to pass a DOT physical and obtain medical certification.
• No more than two moving violations in the last three years for commercial driving.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas.
• Operate equipment and vehicles to complete landscaping tasks.
• Collaborate with associates to manage landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Adhere to safety, security, and regulatory policies at local, state, and federal levels.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines.
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement upgrades.
