Qualifications

• DOT physical readiness required and medical certification prior to hire.

• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in landscaping/grounds maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots and exterior areas to keep cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with teammates on landscaping and exterior maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety, security, and regulatory protocols per company policies and OSHA/EPA guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations and guidelines.
• Assess landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.
