Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• No DUI, DWI within the last 3 years.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• DOT physical and medical certification eligibility.
• Clean driving record with no major violations in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas.
• Operate specialized equipment and vehicles to complete tasks.
• Work with associates to manage landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Adhere to safety, security, and corporate policies; comply with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.
