Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• DOT physical and medical certification pre- hire.
• 2 years’ experience in the landscaping/gardening industry.
• Ability to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings and surrounding areas.
• Operate equipment and vehicles to perform landscaping tasks.
• Collaborate with associates to manage all landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Adhere to safety, security and integrity protocols per corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines.
