Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI within the last 3 years.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Able to pass a DOT physical and secure medical certification.
• No major traffic violations for CMV in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas.
• Operate equipment and vehicles to complete landscaping tasks.
• Collaborate with associates to manage landscaping and exterior upkeep.
• Adhere to safety, security, and integrity protocols per corporate policies and regulations (OSHA/EPA).
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.
