Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain medical certification.
• No DUI/DWI or reckless driving within last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness.
• Operate specialized landscape equipment and vehicles to complete tasks.
• Collaborate with associates to manage landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Follow safety, security and integrity protocols and regulatory requirements at local, state and federal levels.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines.
• Assess landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.
