Qualifications

• Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI within 3 years

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots and exterior areas.
• Collaborate with associates on landscaping and exterior upkeep.
• Follow safety, security, and regulatory protocols per corporate policies.
• Ensure OSHA and EPA regulations are followed.
• Assess landscaping needs and implement upgrades.
