• Maintains safety standards and ensures equipment is ready.
• Assigns work to stay compliant with regulations (OSHA, NFPA, DOT).
• Leads landscape management and uses tech to complete work orders.
• Performs seasonal exterior tasks including snow/ice management.
• Prepares budgets and purchases parts/materials as needed.
