Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and able to read/communicate in English.
• Pass a DOT physical and obtain medical certification.
• 2 years' landscaping/gardening experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots and exterior areas.
• Operate landscaping equipment and vehicles to complete tasks.
• Collaborate with associates to manage landscaping and exterior upkeep.
• Follow safety, security and regulatory requirements at local, state and federal levels.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and implement sustainable upgrades.
• Assess landscaping needs and apply improvements as needed.
