Aspen Contracting is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to work in the Knoxville market. You will meet homeowners, assess exterior restoration needs, perform inspections, and guide clients through restoration from start to finish.

Training is provided, with uncapped commissions and a clear path to high earnings. This full-time W-2 role offers weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for career advancement in a leading exterior contractor across East Tennessee.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions; ability to lift equipment.
• Full-Time schedule and willingness to travel locally within the Knoxville market.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs.
• Provide professional inspections and guide homeowners through the restoration process from start to finish.
• Build relationships with homeowners in the assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
