Job summary

Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Entry-Level Exterior Consultant to join our Mobile, AL area team. You’ll learn to perform exterior inspections, meet homeowners, and help them choose optimal exterior solutions for their homes.

You will receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced colleagues as you develop skills in inspections, consultative selling, and project support, with a clear path to growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Positive, coachable attitude and a willingness to learn.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must pass a background check and have a clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Assist exterior inspections (siding, roofing, gutters) to identify issues.
• Learn to consult with customers and provide professional recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners and ensure a great experience.
• Represent Ridgeline with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
• Follow up on leads and help move projects through to completion.
