Job summary

West Shore Home in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Residential Remodeler to join our team. You will assist in installing replacement windows and exterior doors, following SOPs and safety protocols to deliver a 5-star customer experience.

The role requires early hours, travel to homes, and careful workmanship with trim replacement, while maintaining clean job sites. Valid driver's license and tool proficiency are essential, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or smart device required to log into company systems.

Responsibilities

• Load materials and trucks by 6:30 AM.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
