Job summary

CoMo Premium Exteriors in Columbia, MO is seeking an Exterior Project Manager to oversee residential exterior remodeling projects from start to finish. You will coordinate crews, manage schedules and budgets, inspect workmanship and serve as the main homeowner liaison in Central Missouri.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in construction or project management, understand roofing, siding, windows, decks, and will use project management software daily.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of construction or project management experience.
• Experience with residential exterior construction (roofing, siding, windows, decks).
• Strong communication, organization and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and solve problems in the field.
• Familiar with project management software and devices.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Background check required.
• Able to climb ladders and lift materials occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Review project estimates and prepare material take-offs.
• Meet with homeowners before projects begin to review scope, schedules, and expectations.
• Coordinate materials, permits, crews, and subcontractors.
• Oversee residential roofing, siding, window, deck, and gutter projects.
• Inspect work for quality, code compliance, and safety.
• Keep homeowners informed and resolve questions or concerns.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, change orders, and unexpected jobsite issues.
• Maintain accurate project records, photos, and updates in our project management system.
• Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure projects meet our standards.

Pay: $55,000–$65,000/year + quarterly performance bonuses

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Location: Columbia, MO, with job sites throughout Central Missouri

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Exterior Project Manager with residential construction experience to oversee projects from start to finish. You'll coordinate crews and subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, inspect work, and serve as the main point of contact for homeowners.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of construction or project management experience.
• Working knowledge of residential exterior construction, such as roofing, siding, windows, or decks.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and solve problems in the field.
• Comfort using computers, tablets, and project management software.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to climb ladders and occasionally lift or unload materials.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with AccuLynx, OSHA 30 certification, or bilingual English/Spanish skills.
