Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking an experienced Exterior Pressure Washer Cleaner for a busy outdoor mall location in San Diego, CA. This full-time role starts at 3:00 AM and involves cleaning exterior surfaces, sidewalks and parking areas using pressure washing equipment in all weather conditions.

The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with strong attention to detail. Prior pressure washing or exterior maintenance experience is an asset and will be considered in

• Previous pressure washing experience is an asset.
• Previous janitorial, commercial cleaning or exterior maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate pressure washing and cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods.
• Ability to work varying days, including weekends and holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively.
• Clean exterior sidewalks, walkways, entrances and other assigned areas.
• Remove dirt, debris, stains and buildup from exterior surfaces.
• Assist with cleaning parking areas and other exterior mall areas.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to established procedures.
• Complete assigned cleaning duties within required timelines.
• Identify and report hazards, damage or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain equipment and report any equipment issues to management.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for mall visitors, tenants and employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

Job Type: Full‑Time

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Days will vary

Shift: 3:00 AM–11:30 AM

Weekends & Holidays: May be required

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Exterior Pressure Washer Cleaner to join our team at a busy outdoor shopping mall. This position is responsible for maintaining the exterior areas of the property, including sidewalks, walkways, parking areas and other outdoor surfaces using pressure washing equipment and other cleaning tools. This is an early‑morning, physically active outdoor position. The successful candidate must be comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather conditions, including rain, cold temperatures, heat, snow and wind. Previous pressure washing, janitorial, commercial cleaning or exterior maintenance experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively.
• Clean exterior sidewalks, walkways, entrances and other assigned areas.
• Remove dirt, debris, stains and buildup from exterior surfaces.
• Assist with cleaning parking areas and other exterior mall areas.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to established procedures.

Work Environment

This is an outdoor mall environment, and employees will be required to work outdoors regardless of weather conditions.
