Job summary

Wright Outdoor Solutions is seeking an Enhancement Crew Member to support seasonal maintenance projects across spring and fall cycles. You will assist with personal gardening, exterior maintenance, weeding, planting, and related tasks while following safety standards.

This role requires a valid Iowa driver’s license, good organization, reliable communication, and the ability to work in all weather. We offer competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Seasonal maintenance projects including spring and fall cleanup, personal gardening, exterior maintenance.
• Must have valid First-Aid and CPR cards or be willing to obtain one.
• Valid Iowa driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be professional in appearance and actions.
• Must be well organized with the ability to multi-task.
• If no prior experience, the willingness and self motivation to learn.

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY:

The Enhancement Crew Member is responsible for various seasonal maintenance projects based on the seasonality of the industry.
