Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• DOT physical and medical certification pre-hire.
• Two years landscaping/gardening experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform grounds maintenance in parking lots and exterior areas to keep grounds clean and safe.
• Collaborate with team to manage landscaping and exterior upkeep.
• Follow safety, security, and regulatory protocols at local, state, and federal levels.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA guidelines.
• Assess landscaping needs and implement sustainable improvements.
