Job summary

Qualifications
- One-year supervisory experience in hospitality preferred.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
- Valid Texas driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Must be over 21 years old for vehicle insurance purposes.
Responsibilities
- Supervise exterior grounds team and train new staff.
- Maintain exterior areas, perform power washing and cleaning tasks.
- Clean exterior furniture, fixtures and lighting; assist with maintenance.
- Monitor trash/recycling areas for a clean, trash-free environment.
- Coordinate with indoor cleaning team as needed and ensure timely tasks.
