Job summary

The Yarco Companies seeks a dedicated grounds/maintenance associate to uphold the exterior appearance of our multi-family properties. This safety-sensitive role ensures community operations and resident comfort, including occasional on-call duties for snow removal or emergencies.

Responsibilities include daily exterior inspections, pool maintenance, and light maintenance support. Education of a high-school diploma or GED is preferred, with customer service experience a plus and pool

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Pool certification may be required or preferred.
• Frequent standing and walking; ability to lift up to 110 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Property Appearance/Upkeep: keep the property neat, clean, and well-maintained.
• Pool Maintenance: daily chemical inspections, maintenance, and cleaning to meet codes and standards.
• Customer Service: ensure resident satisfaction and be available for on-call emergencies as requested by the Community Manager.
• Light Maintenance: assist maintenance personnel with light tasks as needed.
