The role requires a valid driver's license, a clean MVR, and the ability to pass a DOT physical. Eligible full-time benefits include health plans, a 401k match, and educational programs.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs within the last three years.
• No more than two moving violations in the last three years for CMV operation.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• DOT physical and medical certification pre-hire.
• 2 years’ experience in landscaping/gardening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings and surrounding areas.
• Operate equipment and vehicles to complete landscaping tasks.
• Work with associates to manage landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Follow safety, security and integrity protocols and comply with regulations.
• Ensure OSHA and EPA regulations are met and suggest sustainable upgrades.
