Responsibilities

• Supervises associates by assigning duties, communicating goals, providing feedback and follow-up, and monitoring performance.
• Maintains quality and safety standards in assigned area of responsibility by ensuring equipment/tools are in proper working order and training associates on policies.
• Assigns and supports work activities to ensure compliance with external rules and regulations (OSHA, NFPA, DOT, etc).
• Serves as an expert in landscape management and maintains garden beds, containers, and landscape plants.
• Performs landscaping tasks, pruning, pest/disease control, and operates heavy machinery.
• Performs seasonal exterior maintenance including snow/ice management and safety readiness.
• Evaluates replacement needs and coordinates with Home Office to standardize equipment.
• Prepares and executes budgets, approves purchases, and verifies receipts.
• Maintains vehicles and ensures required documents; coordinates maintenance.
• Operates and inspects heavy machinery; conducts safety checks and reports hazards.
• Leads teams, communicates priorities, and mentors colleagues to achieve timelines.
• Develops processes to meet business needs and promotes ethics and integrity; supports Walmart’s culture and values.
