Walmart stores in Kyle, TX are looking for a Technician, Facility Services, Exterior Services to manage exterior maintenance projects, coordinate resources, and supervise third‑party providers while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead budgets, source materials, operate exterior equipment, and drive sustainable upgrades that lower operating costs and improve store environments. A valid driver’s license and OSHA/EPA familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
• No DUI/DWI/OUI or reckless driving in last 3 years.
• No more than two moving violations in last 3 years if driving a CMV.
• No FMCSA serious violations in last 3 years if CMV.
• DOT physical with medical certification within 90 days.
• Read/speak English per FMCSA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain exterior facility equipment and ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• 2) Prioritize work assignments including seasonal maintenance and snow/ice control.
• 3) Develop budgets and approve purchases of materials and equipment.
• 4) Lead third-party providers with coaching and performance evaluations.
• 5) Conduct quality assurance inspections and troubleshoot facility issues.
• 6) Coordinate vehicle maintenance and operate company vehicles safely.
• 7) Implement upgrades to improve sustainability and reduce operating costs.
