Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving within the last 3 years.
• No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years (for a commercial vehicle).
• No serious traffic violations in the last 3 years (for a commercial vehicle).
• No preventable accidents in the last 3 years (for a commercial vehicle).
• Successful completion of a DOT physical and medical certification pre-hire.
• English language reading/speaking ability as required by FMCSA 391.11(b)(2).
• 2 years' experience in the landscaping/gardening industry.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heavy machinery and powered equipment following safety protocols and certification requirements.
• Perform seasonal exterior maintenance including snow and ice management to ensure safe facility conditions.
• Manage vehicle maintenance, inspections, and documentation to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
• Lead third-party providers, conduct quality assurance inspections, and coach team members for performance improvement.
• Control costs by sourcing parts and equipment, submitting warranty claims, and preparing budget estimates for projects.
• Address customer concerns by troubleshooting and ensuring service meets facility and event needs.
• Comply with OSHA, EPA, and company policies to maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment.
