Job summary

Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration is hiring an Exterior Consultant to join our team in Cocoa, FL and surrounding areas. The role focuses on inspections, consults with homeowners, and guiding them to exterior solutions for their homes.

You'll receive hands-on training and mentorship as you learn to build lasting relationships with homeowners. We value energetic, customer-focused individuals with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Positive, coachable attitude and willingness to learn.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Background check passed and clean MVR.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing exterior inspections (siding, roofing, gutters, etc.) to identify potential issues
• Learn to consult with customers and provide professional recommendations
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners and ensure a great customer experience
• Represent Ridgeline with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude
• Follow up on leads and help move projects through to completion
