Job summary

Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration LLC is seeking an energetic Entry-Level Exterior Consultant to join our team in Cocoa, FL, or surrounding areas. You will learn to perform inspections, consult homeowners, and recommend exterior solutions.

You'll receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced teammates as you build relationships with homeowners and move projects forward. No prior experience required; training is provided, with performance-based compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Positive, coachable attitude and a willingness to learn.
• No prior experience required; training is provided.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and safely climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must pass a background check and have a clean MVR.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing exterior inspections (siding, roofing, gutters, etc.) to identify potential issues.
• Learn to consult with customers and provide professional recommendations.
