Job summary

Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration in Cocoa, FL is seeking an energetic Entry-Level Exterior Consultant to learn exterior sales and restoration. You’ll perform inspections, meet homeowners, and help them choose the best exterior solutions for their homes.

You will receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced team members, with a clear path for growth and advancement in a collaborative, professional environment.

Qualifications

• No prior exterior sales experience required; training is provided.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills are essential.
• Ability to perform exterior inspections and explain solutions clearly.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing exterior inspections (siding, roofing, gutters, etc.) to identify potential issues
• Learn to consult with customers and provide professional recommendations
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners and ensure a great customer experience
• Represent Ridgeline with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude
• Follow up on leads and help move projects through to completion

About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Entry-Level Exterior Consultant to join our team in Cocoa, FL, or the surrounding areas. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in performing exterior inspections (siding, roofing, gutters, etc.) to identify potential issues
• Learn to consult with customers and provide professional recommendations

Qualifications

• Positive, coachable attitude and a willingness to learn
• No prior experience required training is provided
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and safely climb ladders
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
