Job summary

Sawyer-Staffing is seeking Window Cleaning & Exterior Cleaning Technicians for Greenville and Easley, SC. Positions available part-time or full-time with training at $15/hour, plus 30% commission on completed jobs.

Technicians will handle residential, commercial, and industrial exterior cleaning, including window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning, with emphasis on safety and quality. Training and advancement opportunities exist in a growing local company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate pressure washing equipment.
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, or related experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential, commercial, and industrial window cleaning.
• Operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively.
• Clean and maintain gutters.
• Work safely on ladders and at various heights.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
• Maintain and properly care for equipment.
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, excluding rain and severe storms.
• Travel to customer locations throughout the service area.
