Position Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Exterior Cleaning Technician to perform a variety of exterior cleaning services. This role requires flexibility, including occasional weekend availability, and is an on-site position offering excellent earning potential through bonuses and commissions.

As an Exterior Cleaning Technician, you’ll play a vital role in delivering these services while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our high standards of quality.

Compensation Structure

• Base Hourly Rate: $17-$20/hour, depending on experience.
• Bonuses: Earn bonuses on commercial projects for meeting and exceeding goals.
• Commission: Earn commissions on residential projects.
• Earnings Potential: Technicians can average $22-$35/hour when factoring in base pay, bonuses, and commissions.
