Job summary

All Spray Power Washing, LLC. is seeking an Exterior Window Cleaning Technician to perform exterior home and building cleaning (power washing, soft washing) and window cleaning (interior and exterior).

You will also assist with staining, sealing, or painting jobs and operate cleaning equipment and tools (training provided). The role requires comfort working outdoors in all weather, strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in pressure washing, soft washing, or exterior cleaning.
• Bonus if you have experience in staining, painting, or mechanical work.
• Familiarity with power tools, pressure washers, surface cleaners, hoses.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and results-driven attitude.
• Great interpersonal skills and customer service mindset.
• Leadership potential is a big plus!
• Mechanical ability or tool handling.
