Job summary

Rolling Suds Sacramento is seeking a dedicated Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team in Sacramento. You will perform residential and commercial exterior cleaning, including pressure washing, soft washing, and window cleaning, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Candidates should have prior exterior cleaning experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in varying weather, and hold a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience in pressure washing or exterior cleaning required.
• Experience with professional window cleaning required.
• Experience operating boom lifts or scissor lifts preferred.
• Able to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Able to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Monday–Friday availability.
• Weekend shifts optional.
• Good work history and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (Required).

Responsibilities

• Work with Lead Technician to complete jobs efficiently and professionally.
• Perform pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, and exterior cleaning tasks.
• Follow proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
• Operate company equipment safely and responsibly.
• Work as a team to complete daily job checklists.
• Maintain a clean and professional job site.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
