A leading recruitment agency is looking for a skilled Drafter to create precise shop and fabrication drawings for exterior architectural projects in New York City. The ideal candidate will work on high-profile projects, collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications. Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit or 3D modeling software is a plus.
• Experience drafting curtain walls, stick-built storefronts, architectural glazing, guardrails, and canopies.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, dimensions, and tolerances for metal and glass systems.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed shop and fabrication drawings for curtain walls and stick-built systems.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure design intent is met.
• Review architectural plans to develop accurate CAD drawings.
