Expleo USA in Troy, Michigan, is seeking an Exterior Accessories Design & Release Engineer to lead the design and release of exterior automotive accessories. The role involves coordinating with Mopar purchasing, managing supplier submissions, and driving PPAP approvals while ensuring on-time launches.

The candidate will design metal exterior components, work with prototypes, and lead testing and cost-saving initiatives, with strong communication and GD&T skills preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience designing exterior automotive accessories using metal materials including metal structures, brackets, and exterior sheet-metal assemblies; GD&T knowledge a plus.
